Part 2: Ask for reviews & likes and get referrals
When your customer has a good time at your restaurant, they want to share this with their friends. Because perfect moments are to share.
But can these reviews/likes be hold back until the next day? Yes they can, but the percentage of sharing will decrease significantly. If you directly ask for a review/feedback after your customer paid his bill, at least 54% of your customers will give a review and/or like. A day later this percentage will drop till 30%.
My question to you: how many times a day are you sharing on social media? And do you like likes? Well, your customer want them also. So get them from your customers and don’t wait a day longer!
Start this evening with asking for feedback/reviews/likes. Compare after 1 week (for example) your Facebook figures with your colleagues. You would be surprised how easily you passed them!
